In this one hour training, you and your staff will learn how to identify and assist your clients who may be at risk for, or who may already be victims of human trafficking. This sector specific training for pregnancy help organizations will not only help you to better understand the dynamics driving human trafficking both in your local community and around the country, but this training will also provide practical ideas for how to assist and partner with organizations in your community to bring restoration to victims of trafficking.

Laura Lederer, Ph.D.

Laura Lederer is president of Global Centurion, an NGO fighting trafficking by focusing on reducing demand. Prior to her work there, she served for eight years in the U.S. Department of State as Senior Advisor on Trafficking in Persons. She is also the primary investigator of a study entitled, "The Health Consequences of Human Trafficking," in which she interviewed over 150 domestic survivors of sex trafficking about their physical and mental health status. 

Cynthia Collins

Cindy Collins is the founder of, World Generation Outreach, Passion4Purity (P4P) International, WGON-FM Radio and Louisiana Abortion Recovery. Cindy provides help to women in at-risk pregnancy situations and mentored many young adults. Recently serving on the Louisiana Human Trafficking Commission, she provides outreach and transitional care for women transitioning out of sexual exploitation including victims of trafficking who are pregnant.
