First, you were made to be whole. Being whole does not mean being perfect; don't worry, none of us are. Being whole means not hurting or breaking parts of yourself. You have different parts, and together they make up you. They are your physical, intellectual, emotional, social, and spiritual parts. 

Each part of you affects the others. So, for example, when a guy touches you, it isn't just physical. It affects your emotions, your mind, your thoughts, and even your spiritual life. In your training, you will learn how to become whole and stay that way. 
Second, the "key" to unlocking the mystery of your training is understanding that your sexuality is a beautiful gift that empowers each part of you. It's not true that sex is just a physical act. Your sexuality is not what you do, it is who you are...it is your gender. You are female - beautiful, unique, precious, and wonderful. When you learn to "be" female in each part of you, and move toward wholeness in each part, you will be living with Sexual Integrity, and well on your way to princes status...
