We will take time to explore the "V" Step - Vision and Value, which gives client serving professionals a unique opportunity to introduce something with life-changing potential to the client or patient. We will also take a closer look at ways we can empower our clients or patients by laying out an intentional plan and beginning to walk out that plan one step at a time through the "E" Step - Extend and Empower.
